Emily keeps everything organized and moving at Sunshine. With nearly 15 years in the restaurant industry and experience across 10+ builds, she brings a love for spreadsheets and a sharp eye for detail behind scenes.
Jesse Stillerman
Project Manager
From New Jersey to the West Coast, Jesse has been behind the build of countless coffee shops. He keeps projects moving by managing crews, overseeing safety, and coordinating deliveries with precision.
Tom Scholley
Project Manager
Tom oversees projects at Sunshine from start to finish, from kickoff through final handoff. A former restaurant owner in Australia, he brings experience from building and running restaurants.
